Loreta and Natalia demonstrated a good understanding of the needs of elderly people with dementia. They were very sensitive to my mom’s moods and provided consistent and compassionate care. They maintained a delicate balance between providing the necessary care and support and respecting my mom’s wish to be independent.

Loreta, personally managed the evening shift as this was the time when my mom was most confused and distraught. Loreta was always very creative in finding ways of distracting my mom, getting her to take her medication, and calming her down. Although my mom often resisted assistance, over time she came to like and trust both Loreta and Natalia.
