Loreta and Natalia demonstrated a good understanding of the needs of elderly people with dementia. They were very sensitive to my mom’s moods and provided consistent and compassionate care. They maintained a delicate balance between providing the necessary care and support and respecting my mom’s wish to be independent. Friendly Caregiver has been helping me over four years. Anything you need to do she will do for you. If you want shopping she will take you shopping. She will do necessities and more. She is very friendly and you cannot find a friendlier person around. And I am very fussy with my work, so she does exactly what I would do myself if I could.
